Today, 25th February 2023, the Bishop of Ndola Diocese- Rt. Rev. Dr. Benjamin Phiri JCD visited St. Theresa of the Child Jesus outstation in Lubendo. The outstation is situated about 20 km from the main Parish, St Nicholas Parish in Ndeke. The Visit began with the official opening of the new Church Building and was succeeded by the celebration of the Holy Eucharist, during which, Bishop Dr. Phiri blessed the church and consecrated the altar and tabernacle. This colourful mass was concelebrated by the Dean of Bwana Mkubwa Deanery- Rev. Fr. Raphael Chanda and Priest in-charge- Rev. Fr. Grievous Mulenga. Below are a few highlights of the joyous event
