Today, 6th August 2022, Rt. Rev. Dr. Benjamin Phiri JCD, the Bishop of Ndola Diocese celebrated the Feast of the transfiguration at St. Francis and Claire parish in Mufulira. During this colourful celebration three sisters from the congregation of the Franciscan Missionary Sisters of Service namely; Sr. Flaviour Chola, Sr. Lydia Banda and Sr. Mildred Mulenga made their final Profession. During his Homily Bishop Dr . Phiri encouraged the sisters to live out the vows they were making. He warned them of the many challenges that come as a result of their decision to give their life fully to the service of God. After mass festivities continued as guests were treated to a lovely luncheon with singing presentations by the FMSS Novices. Below are a few Highlights.
