Today, 30th March 2021, the Catholic Diocese of Ndola joined the universal Church in celebrating Chrism Mass.  Rt. Rev. Dr. Benjamin Phiri, Bishop of Ndola was the main celebrant of this Mass. The colorful event took place at the Cathedral of Christ the King in Ndola. Priests traveled from all 10 Deaneries to celebrate this important mass during which the Bishop consecrated the sacred oils used in the sacraments of catechumen ,Anointing of the Sick, and Chrism.  Priests received their annual supply of these oils at the end of this Mass to use in their various parishes. During this Mass all of the Priests of the local Diocese present before the Bishop, renewed their fidelity to him and to Jesus Christ. Below are a few Highlights.
