Today 24th September 2022, was a joyful day for the Catholic Women’s League in Ndola Diocese, as they celebrated their 50 years Golden Jubilee anniversary. The colourful celebration began with a march-past into the Levy Mwanawasa Stadium, followed by Mass which was celebrated by Rt. Rev. Dr. Benjamin Phiri JCD- Bishop of Ndola Diocese. It was then succeeded by an award ceremony, during which deserving individuals were recognised. Visiting Dioceses present included executive members of the Catholic Women’s League of Mansa Diocese and Solwezi Diocese. Below are a few highlights.
