In a ceremony imbued with solemnity and tradition, St. Benedict Major Seminary in Kasaria, Mufulira, recently witnessed the investiture of 9 seminarians into the revered cassock. Held on April 13, 2024, this significant event not only marked a milestone in the spiritual journey of these young men but also showcased the enduring commitment of the Church to nurturing its future leaders. Presiding over the mass was the Vicar General, Very Rev. Fr. Lewis Mutachila, who graciously stood in for Bishop of Ndola Diocese, Rt. Rev. Dr. Benjamin Phiri JCD. Welcoming the assembly and the Vicar General was the Rector of St. Benedict Major Seminary, the Reverend Fr. Brian Mutale.
