On 11th November 2020, His Lordship Rt. Rev. Dr. Benjamin Phiri took time to visit the Association Pope John XXIII in Misundu, Ndola. The association runs the Cicetekelo youth project, takes care of orphans and vulnerable children, the old aged, runs a school for the disabled, and skills training for the disabled with include Agriculture, food and nutrition, carpentry and Needle work but to mention a few. He began his tour with a colourful celebration of the Holy Eucharist with the children, staff and members of the Association. He then attended a private luncheon with leaders of various projects run by the association, during which they were given an opportunity for a Q&A session with him. He also too time to blessed their grotto which is beautifully carved in to a tree. Thereafter, he toured the ground where they are rearing Goats, chickens, pigs and the lands they are farming on, the mealie-meal processing plant and ice-cream making shop. Below are a few Highlights.
