Today, 30th September 2023, Rt. Rev. Dr. Benjamin Phiri JCD celebrated mass with the Catholic Men’s Organisation as they presented the Pastoral Fund. The event was held at Nkana Stadium, Kitwe and men’s organisation managed to raise a sum total of K1, 647, 923. 75.
During his homily, Bishop Dr. Phiri thanked the men for their commitment and dedication in supporting the work of Evangelization in the Diocese. The Eucharistic Celebration was indeed colourful with an all-men’s combined choir by hosts Kitwe Deanery leading the singing.
